Donelan slid through the curtains, his senses assaulted by a 6-foot 4-inch tall, pound drag queen named Sylvia Sidney wearing sunglasses, a fabulous gown and a bejeweled toilet seat necklace around her neck. Donelan had been introduced to the club by his gay roommates, and when they tried to meet there again, at a later date, he was in for a surprise. This time, Sylvia the drag queen took one look at him and flared.
